- Brittenum Mortgage offers $2,000–$3,000 toward buyer closing costs when financing is completed through Brittenum Mortgage. Brittenum Residential (Builder) may also offer an additional contribution of up to $3,000–$5,000 toward buyer closing costs or pre-paids. This builder incentive is secondary to the mortgage incentive.
- Incentive Eligibility
- If the buyer is approved and closes their loan through Brittenum Mortgage, they may receive both the mortgage and builder incentives.
- If the buyer is approved but chooses to close with another lender, they will not receive either incentive.
- If the buyer is not approved by Brittenum Mortgage but has cooperated in the application process and closes on a Brittenum home with another lender, they may receive the builder incentive only.
